We are looking for an energetic and engaged Associate Manager for our vastly growing team of process and training supporters and with the right behaviour and skill set, you might be the one!
The Position
You will be heading up an ambitious team of process and training supporters involved in direct support to our new and upcoming tablet production line. The team is a mix of employees performing process support, training support, optimization initiatives related to documents and SOPs and batch review. Professional backgrounds and experience are very varied meaning that different levels of support, coaching, encouragement and direction is needed in your leadership of the team – also combined with our fast-paced environment where daily prioritisation is an integral part of our work. The Department
OFP is organizationally located in Product Supply and is steadily growing to support the demands of the market. We are approx. 550 committed colleagues in OFP Production in Måløv split between two buildings and we have great ambitions for the future!
Rybelsus 2G is the department responsible for the qualification, ramp-up and production of our new 2nd Generation Rybelsus tablet and we already have approx. 30 employees onboard. We are highly engaged and are driven by a patient-focused purpose with an engaging and warm work environment where everybody will be heard, and we welcome new competencies and personalities.
In Oral Finished Products (OFP), we have set ourselves the ambitious goal of being the first on the market with a tablet containing a GLP-1 based drug. We are now in the process of qualifying and ramping-up our production of the second generation of this tablet in order to offer an even better alternative to our patients.

In this job, you will:
- Expand the team according to the department needs to match future demand and adapt to our growing organisation (currently consists of 5 employees)
- Drive employee development focusing on an inclusive and diverse work environment, where different opinions are valued and where high employee engagement is the key to success
- Stay close to your employees in the office and shopfloor environment to understand and challenge them in whatever roadblocks they might encounter.
- Direct timely progress on project and production plans through empowerment and employee involvement.

Your Qualifications
We expect you to have:
- A min. of 4 years of work experience, either as a leader or as an individual contributor combined with leadership programmes, courses or alike.
- Experience from leading teams, groups or colleagues around you and you have succeeded in creating followship, inclusion and an engaging work environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration competencies.
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and you dare take the difficult conversations for the greater good of the team and department
