Be responsible for the design and oversight and roadmap for a portfolio of learning and performance enabling products helping to transform Maersk to be the leader in integrated-container logistics.
We are looking for L&D professionals in several areas including Leadership Development, Finance Upskilling, Onboarding, Integrated Supply Chain Upskilling, and Technology Upskilling.
These roles can be based in a variety of locations but ideally in Copenhagen, Denmark - Bangalore, India - or Pune India. Other locations will be considered depending on the portfolio and the candidate.

As a Learning Experience Designer/Product Owner, you will join our Talent & Development team - a critical part of the People Function driving capability development at the heart of the company strategy.
One of the key priorities of the People Function is to build trust and robust partnerships with critical stakeholders, collaborate closely to identify current and future needs, building a learning product map, and design effective solutions that enable us to deliver business results and win as a team.
You will lead and be responsible for ensuring effective design, development, and oversight of business-critical, sustainable L&D programs, performance supports, and interventions.

Key responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include the following, amongst others:
• Lead the creation of scalable, effective learning and performance-improvement products using appropriate methodologies, tools, and platforms.
• Act as a product owner for a portfolio of L&D solutions and own the product roadmap – this involves design, setting the solution up for sustainable and scalable deployment, iterating and improving, and sunsetting the solution as required.
• Wherever possible, leverage enterprise tools, licenses, platforms, preferred suppliers, measurement methodologies, and standards in the development of solutions.
• Ensure excellent communication, teamwork, and alignment with key stakeholders, developing a curriculum and acting as a trusted partner. This includes using your expertise to recommend when a learning solution is not the right answer to solving a business performance improvement challenge.
• Spar actively with team members and stakeholders to define and translate business requirements into ac-tions, and ensure design, development and implementation of effective, cost-conscious learning solutions that embed required changes and capabilities and deliver on business results.
• Work closely with colleagues in the People Partnering Organization (PPO) representing the delivery team for many L&D initiatives – starting with the design of solutions, build and execution of roadmaps, and the on-going monitoring of how the solution is working in practice, and performance improvement in the deploy-ment.
• Drive clear measurement, value realization and optimization of solutions, continuously monitoring progress and tracking benefit realization and delivery of intended results. Proactively pull and evaluate input from the organisation and stakeholders to achieve end-to-end benefits and optimization.
• Keep up to date on relevant trends and innovations, to continue to push how we design, develop, imple-ment, and evaluate learning and development solutions.

You have proven experience with the following:
• Minimum 8 years of experience driving improvement and change in a complex, highly matrixed organisation at a global or regional scope. Direct experience with design, development, implementation and/or evaluation of learning and development solutions in a large enterprise is a must.
• Experience in developing L&D solutions in one or more of the following domain areas: Leadership, Supply-Chain, Technology (IT), Operational Excellence, Digital Product Management, Onboarding, and Finance.
• Deep knowledge of the possibilities afforded through technology tools used in creating learning programs and pathways – including the platforms that house and deploy those tools. Familiarity with working with Cornerstone, Workday, and Skillsoft is a plus. Experience with how solutions such as LMS, LXP, Talent Marketplaces, and Skills Ontologies interact to provide value is a plus.
• Experience working in an Agile environment with capability to understand the business, think innovatively, defend features and prioritization, write user stories and drive roadmaps and timelines
• A high drive, taking ownership and accountability and with a proven track record of making quality deliverables – on time, within budget and with clear business impact
• A strategic mind-set, adept at identifying holistic and effective solutions and translating high-level concepts into tangible deliverables
• Experience researching, selecting, onboarding, and managing global external vendors in the L&D space
• An inspirational leader, able to command a room, deliver a compelling vision and lead diverse and potentially challenging stakeholders and colleagues through ambiguity, change and discovery
• Exceptional ability to ask the right questions, with a high curiosity and open-mindedness and ability to challenge constructively and enable effective problem-solving
• Good structure, with ability to set direction and lead across a wide variety of initiatives and programs at various levels of development and optimization
• A passion for learning, development and coaching, and being inspired by supporting others to achieve personal growth and high performance
