About the position As Senior IT Project Manager, your role involves driving IT projects to enhance our IT System and Computerized Equipment landscape to align with our long-term growth strategy, while navigating between traditional waterfall project methods and the Scaled Agile Framework. You guide the team through diverse stakeholder interactions, shaping the direction, and guiding the team through project methodologies and better practices. Your key tasks include: Driving projects through initiation, analysis, execution, and implementation into our operations
Developing project plans, overseeing scope, ensuring quality, and delivering on time
Ensuring strategic alignment with stakeholders and continuously enhancing the project portfolio
Qualifications You will thrive in this role if you: Possess a Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Computer Science, coupled with practical experience in a comparable position
Showcase proficiency in managing IT projects, ideally within the pharmaceutical or another regulated industry
Exhibit strong analytical, technical, and business acumen
Excel in cultivating relationships and collaboration with various stakeholders on high-profile, cross-functional, and multinational initiatives
Demonstrate fluency in both spoken and written English

About the department SoOp ensures that our production sites globally have the materials they need to keep production lines running and meet patient demands in the market. We source raw materials, primary packaging and printed packaging materials, maintain specifications, plans and purchase, store and perform quality controls before the materials are released for production. While we operate mainly in Bagsværd, Hillerød and Kalundborg, we are rapidly expanding and are currently establishing a sourcing hub in the US to support our growing production facilities Approaching 500 people in the business unit, you will be joining our Analytics & Digitalisation department, working alongside other 14 dedicated people in a team where we value diversity.
