In this role, you will be responsible for quality assurance of Novo Nordisk Supply Chain processes with focus on distribution and warehousing of our products worldwide. Your main responsibilities will be to:
• Ensure Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & GDP compliance in Novo Nordisk distribution chain
• Secure GMP/GDP compliance for outsources distribution warehouses across the world
• Offer QA support and GMP/GDP guidance internally to Supply Chain
• Review and approve quality related documents
• Participate in relevant audits with external suppliers and internally in Novo Nordisk Further, you will have the quality responsibility for some of Novo Nordisk external warehouses where your responsibility will be creating and maintaining the Quality Agreement with the supplier and perform QA oversight.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you: • Hold an academic degree in e.g., chemistry, biology, engineering, pharmacy, or similar
• Preferably have GMP/GDP experience from the pharmaceutical industry
• Have worked with quality processes in relation to deviation handling, risk assessments, validation and supplier handling
• Are fluent in English both written and spoken Personally, you exhibit ambition, curiosity, and proactivity, displaying a keen interest in personal and network development. Your service-oriented attitude, coupled with independence and a preference for simplicity, reflects in your task responsibilities. Moreover, your excellent communication skills enable effective collaboration across various nationalities and cultures. About the department
Supply Chain QA comprises 15 highly qualified specialists and professionals who are responsible for overseeing the supply chain within Product Supply, at Novo Nordisk, and to deliver business support for the quality organisation. Most of the tasks are divided into two areas: one being supporting distribution and Warehousing of GxP materials and finished goods within Product Supply; the second being the handling of quality activities related to our SAP systems + deliver business support and drive the digital transformation of the quality organisation.
