Are you a seasoned Project Manager who possess excellent stakeholder management skills? Would you like to take your professional development to the next step by helping us to implement the manufacturing IT/OT solutions across Novo Nordisk’ sites? The position As Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of IT/OT on new production lines. We have a growing project portfolio of both implementation and development projects which requires different skillsets and approach. Some of your focus will include: Conducting and coordinating project activities Achieving deliverables within agreed timelines Facilitating communication and collaboration between external and internal stakeholders Leading a group of IT-specialists and project managers Qualifications To be considered for this position, we expect you to: Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in project management driving large projects with several stakeholders Hold a degree in Business, Engineering, Innovation or any other relevant field Have understanding of production equipment within the domain of IT and operational technology Possess experience with agile methodologies Be fluent in English, both written and spoken It would be considered as an advantage if you have experience from working in the GMP environment. As a person, you possess great communication skills which allow you to communicate easily with a broad variety of stakeholders at all levels. As you will be collaborating with people from all nationalities and cultures, it would be preferable if you are an outgoing person who is eager to look for opportunities in the partnerships you build across the organization. You are able to get a depth knowledge and good business insights. You possess a structured approach to your work and a solution-oriented mindset. About the department Robotics & Operational Technology is a growing department, within Device Manufacturing Development, consisting of highly skilled people in the domain of vision, MI, robotics, automation, intralogistics, transportation and project execution. We are an innovative department who strive to meet complex needs in the Novo Nordisk production facilities. By utilizing the capabilities and skills in our department, we ensure that Novo Nordisk gain the benefits of modern technology and stay at the forefront of manufacturing technology.
