Do you want to be part of a team driving the project to eliminate fossil fuels from Novo Nordisk sites across Denmark? Then this job as Project Coordinator in Novo Nordisk could be the right opportunity for you!

The position
As Project Coordinator you are offered a challenging and exciting position in a dynamic environment in which you will have the opportunity to develop and influence your own role and tasks. Your job function will be to support the Project Director with your primary focus being on ensuring optimal information flow and levitating bottlenecks across multiple workstreams. Your experience with construction projects will come in to play when liaising with key stakeholders, intercepting interdependencies between projects, defining/building project plans and budgets and keeping them up to date. You will optimise and track project activities, always having the holistic overview, arrange project team meetings – including preparation of meeting minutes, visual strong slides and follow-up on actions and facilitating weekly stand-ups. The job is in Bagsværd, with regular meeting activity across the Danish sites.

Qualifications
We are looking for the following qualifications:
• Experience from working with construction projects
• Strong quality mindset and detail orientation
• Proactive and result oriented work style
• Strong writing skills in English and Danish
• Strong command of Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Experience with SAP and financial controlling is desired
• Ability to hold leaders, colleagues, and yourself accountable for deliverables
• It is important that you can manage deadlines and work with multiple and frequently changing priorities using good collaboration skills and a sense of humour
• Academic degree

A background within business support, business analysis, controlling, management consulting or similar is advantageous, however, not a requirement.

In Corporate Facilities, with 250 employees, we enable Novo Nordisk to focus on the core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for infrastructure, workplaces, utilities, and facility services as well as a major building portfolio. The job is anchored in the Circular for Zero Incubator, which is part of Corporate Facilities, and reports to the area Corporate Vice President. We manage a large portfolio of sustainability initiatives at multiple impact and maturity levels, some spanning the entire organisation. We drive ideation and work to systematically and strategically implement ‘Circular for Zero’ initiatives within the areas of energy supplies and facility management in general. We collaborate across business areas of Novo Nordisk and with external partners including consultants and academia.
