Then you might be the Business Development Partner we are looking for in Product Supply, Quality & IT Business Integration.

About the area and the team

Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT) is the largest organisational unit in Novo Nordisk with more than 20,000 employees globally across five continents. The area is responsible for the full supply chain of all Novo Nordisk products, the quality assurance of all Novo Nordisk activities and for providing an IT platform that caters for all business needs.

You will be part of PSQIT Business Integration which is a newly established unit. We are scouting and searching for business opportunities, we are performing Due Diligence on behalf of the senior management team in PSQIT and responsible for integrating into PSQT post acquisition.

The position

  • As a Business Development Partner, you will conduct and support a variety of analysis, and business cases. This includes building models, developing material for decision making and involving relevant stakeholders
  • Furthermore, you will act as project manager in PSQIT Due Diligence projects and support Corporate Due Diligence projects.
  • Being part of a small and agile team, we expect you to be a strong team player, who enjoys delivering on short deadlines balanced with driving larger deliverables for senior management in PSQIT, Executive Management and other key stakeholders and fora – consistently of highest quality.
  • The job offers frequent senior management interaction and engagements across the organisation, allowing you to build a strong network while driving activities related to strategy development, improvement projects and other activities to support PSQIT business strategy and priorities.

You will report to the Corporate Vice President of Business Integration. The position is based in Bagsværd, Denmark.

Qualifications

  • You have a degree within a relevant field and 1-2 years’ experience from a business development, finance, consultant, strategy position or similar.
  • You are a strategic thinker with a strong business understanding, who can conduct and translate complex analysis into clear messaging.
  • You are ambitious, innovative and have a result-oriented way of working.
  • You approach tasks with structure, energy, curiosity, and a positive attitude. You have a flair for collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders. You speak and write English fluently.
