The job
In this exciting opportunity you will be a part of the newly established UX & Innovation team primarily based in Bagsværd, Denmark. The position is newly created so you will have great influence on your job, our workflow, and our team spirit.

Your main responsible will be:
• Lead the business benefit realization in Product Supply within Manufacturing Intelligence by driving clarification of business need and clarification of associated solutions
• Identify new potential benefit cases and drive innovation within Manufacturing Intelligence in Product Supply and drive realisation of these
• Drive the analysis and implementation of Manufacturing Intelligence solutions across Product Supply designing for our main users; Novo Nordisk employees.
• Own, improve and communicate the Manufacturing Intelligence Business Benefit Realization
• Drive innovation within the Lighthouse Use-Case focusing on value creation for Product Supply
• Assess, challenge, and validate ideas and prospects on digitalisation from Business Owners (BO) and other stakeholders.
• Continuously build and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders.

You will play an active role in ensuring the digitalisation of Product Supply, Quality, and IT in Novo Nordisk (PSQIT).

Qualifications
We are looking for a proactive and open-minded colleague who is strong in building relations on trust. You curious and driven to achieve first class results as well as organized and structured with high quality standards and the ability to spot new opportunities as well as challenge status quo. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills and experiences:

• MSc in Engineering or similar education
• 5+years’ experience with IT
• Extensive Work experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing is a plus
• Facilitating processes as well as workshops within a multidisciplinary setup both online and offline
• 5+years’ experience from global organisations and preferably participation in execution of global projects
• Specialist experience from in depth business and IT problem analysis
• Specialist experience from working with combining IT, data and processes
• Experience in Advanced Data Analytics
• Ability to identify and collecting data, perform a structured analysis, and develop excellent and accepted solutions Proficient in presenting ideas and solutions in a convincing and easy-to-understand manner to different profiles
• Broad business understanding and the ability to see IT and automation in a business context
• Speaks and writes English fluently

You are a team player used to work closely together with other disciplines, such as developers, management, products owners/manager and UX Researchers and designers.

The department
You will join the Product Supply Manufacturing Intelligence area (PS MI) in Bagsværd, Denmark. We are more than 45 digital experts collaborating and co-creating with deep knowledge colleagues in the Novo Nordisk’s Manufacturing processes. We are working across SVP areas and supports the entire global network of manufacturing sites in product supply. The area is divided in four departments with the main capabilities of: Data science, UX & Innovation, Programme Management and Development.

The UX & Innovation department is responsible designing and developing innovative and value adding digital solutions used by people working at Novo Nordisk’s Manufacturing sites. The team is responsible for driving the development and implementation of good design practices and best practices, including discovery, ideation, conceptualizing, detailed design, prototypes and validation frameworks (from idea to proof of value) and implement activities such as user research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing and visual communication in PSMI
