The position
As our new Project Lead Auditor, you will join our Internal Audits department and be responsible for internal Novo Nordisk auditing.
Your daily tasks will focus on:
Moreover, you are expected to demonstrate impact of competences and knowledge deployed critical to the execution of core processes in own business area, anticipate opportunities and threats, and adjust own objectives. You will act as subject matter expert in own business area by setting recommendations and directions.
As Project Lead Auditor you will get the opportunity to see many corners of Novo Nordisk and be part of knowledge sharing and setting standards across the company.
Qualifications
You have a master’s degree within a relevant field, several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and pharmaceutical projects (new factories and/or extensions of running facilities). We expect you to have following qualifications:

The position
As our new Project Lead Auditor, you will join our Internal Audits department and be responsible for internal Novo Nordisk auditing.
Your daily tasks will focus on:
- Initiating and preparing the audit
- Conducting and reporting various audits regarding quality and compliance
- Consultancy of internal supplier/customer satisfactory, efficiency of achieved objectives, fact based decision and continual improvement
- Following up on major and critical findings with review and approval of action plans
- Sharing up to date knowledge of external requirements and guidelines with internal stakeholders
- Identifying and reporting compliance trends and signals

Qualifications
You have a master’s degree within a relevant field, several years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and pharmaceutical projects (new factories and/or extensions of running facilities). We expect you to have following qualifications:
- Solid knowledge and experience within GMP & GxP
- Knowledge of potential risk of key process and relevant regulatory requirements
- Experience from several manufacturing processes and from more than one business area
- Extensive experience with pharmaceutical projects
- Good understanding of digitalisation processes
- Strong stakeholder and collaboration skills in a multinational context
- Share knowledge and build strong team spirit
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
