What’s in it for you?
As our new Scrum Master in MES Agile Programme, you will become a key member of one or two of our agile teams, supporting our Global Production sites. The team members are located globally, hence you will be working in an international atmosphere, but physically out of Bagsværd (greater Copenhagen area) where our department is located.

This role requires you to also act as Change ambassador to drive the learning culture and Agile mindset in Novo Nordisk. You will assist and coach Agile Teams, vendors, and customers in the Novo Nordisk Agile way of working incl. Agile Delivery Model, Azure DevOps and Agile QMS.

The team waiting for you
The MES Execution programme has approx. 60 colleagues primary based in Denmark. The team is part of DD&IT PS (Digital Data & IT Product Supply) anchored within the DD&IT organisation and has approx. 300 employees based in Denmark and India. The strategic objective of the DD&IT PS unit is to be the IT partner for the business ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support which is needed to support the Novo Nordisk production facilities as well as supply chain needs worldwide. Novo Nordisk use SAFe as a framework, where we in MES Execution programme focus on classic scrum or Kanban.

What’s in it for you?
As our new Scrum Master in MES Agile Programme, you will become a key member of one or two of our agile teams, supporting our Global Production sites. - Provide collaborative leadership by applying Agile practices and to help team members embrace and practice the values and principles of Agile
- Drive the continuous improvement in the team, create a learning environment and ensure that learnings are shared with other teams as well as support the development of t-shaped profiles.
- Keeping track of and help solve impediments and escalate if necessary
- Assisting the Product Owner and Agile team to manage their progress via prioritised backlog and board overviews
- Budgeting, project governance and vendor management for the agile team

- Willingness to challenge status quo and drive an agile mind-set
- You are a fast learner and adapt your methods and leadership methods accordingly
- Scrum Master certification will be a plus
- Experience in Software Development
- Experience within production, MES/Automation and the pharma industry
