The position
As our new Lead Quality Auditor, you will join our Internal Audits department and be responsible for internal Novo Nordisk auditing. The position will also open up new development opportunities as well as new career paths for the future.
Your daily tasks will focus on:
As Lead Auditor you will get the opportunity to see many corners of Novo Nordisk and be part of knowledge sharing and setting standards across the company to safeguard our patients.
We are very flexible in terms of work in Internal audits and always make life work balance work for the individual and adjust the number of travel days in relation to the life cycle and preferences of the individual employee and the majority of audits are in Denmark and Europe.
Qualifications
You have a Master’s degree within a relevant field and several years of experience in aseptic production. We expect you to have following qualifications:

The position
As our new Lead Quality Auditor, you will join our Internal Audits department and be responsible for internal Novo Nordisk auditing. The position will also open up new development opportunities as well as new career paths for the future.
Your daily tasks will focus on:
- Initiating and preparing the audit
- Conducting and reporting the routine, re-, qualification-, pre- and close downaudit
- Following up on critical findings with review and approval of action plans
- Sharing up-to-date knowledge of external requirements and guidelines with internal stakeholders
- Identifying and reporting compliance trends and signals

Qualifications
You have a Master’s degree within a relevant field and several years of experience in aseptic production. We expect you to have following qualifications:
- Solid knowledge and experience within GMP & GxP
- Strong aseptic experience
- Extensive knowledge of potential risk of key process and relevant regulatory requirements
- Experience from several manufacturing processes and from more than one business area
- Excellent understanding of business, value chain and pharmaceutical industry
- Strong stakeholder and collaboration skill in a multinational context
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
