The position

As Transformational Change Lead, you will drive the OCM strategy in one (or more) projects in close collaboration with Project Manager(s) and Change Partners. The aspiration is to build change readiness of the organisation through targeted communication, training, and mobilisation activities. Engaging the organisation in embracing and adopting the desired impact of the change, will ensure that the projects maximise their benefit realisation. You and the team are part of managing the change during and after the transformation projects.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Stakeholder management, ensure alignment across teams and establish a clear future vision for the stakeholders and the team
  • Build communication and training plans, create materials, execute on mobilisation and communication activities
  • Participate in designing, implementing, and monitoring change impact and readiness assessments
  • Oversee various cross-functional change management activities across the organisation

In the short-term horizon (6-12 months), you will be the Transformational Change Lead managing the tasks of a delivery team of organisational change specialists in a highly effective and exciting Agile Release Train (ART) within Regulatory Affairs and be working in close collaboration with a multitude of stakeholders across the organisation as well as the team in OCM to drive impactful change.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you need:

  • Academic degree in fields such as Organisational Development, Communications, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
  • Proven track record of working in similar position with more than 5 years of previous experience in a business setting
  • Broad business understanding and extensive experience with global OCM (Organizational Change Management) activities with prior track-record in managing change for large business transformation initiatives, business process definition, optimisation, and reengineering
  • Experience and formal training in change management and SAFe framework
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken

About the department

The OCM unit belongs to the Digital Transformation Unit that is embarking on an exciting future area to enable revolutionary product development and operational excellence. The newly established OCM unit has been elevated in the organisation as a Centre of Excellence with the mission to successfully drive adoption and usage of change across Submissions & Lifecycle Management.

We are a team of 10 skilled Change Partners and Training Partners from diverse educational backgrounds. Together, we are responsible for Organisational Change Management across the projects in SubLCM (Submissions & Life Cycle Management) (approximately 1,200 people) and are the first point of contact in setting strategic direction for delivering on structural change.

We work closely with our stakeholders in headquarters in Denmark and Bangalore, India, and with our affiliates worldwide to ensure simple and robust new processes and solutions that will benefit our business.
