The Position
As Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving, facilitating, and developing the roadmap and backlog within our Agile Release Train for Regulatory Affairs. Your success criteria will be to ensure a strong foundation for developing integrated health solutions by driving standardised, harmonised, reliable, and digital end-to-end solutions that optimise processes across our value chain. To lead digital products with impact, collaboration is essential in this role, both with the line of business, product teams, and our IT organization.
As our new Product Manager, you will set clear direction for the Agile Release Train and product teams containing around 60 people. You will be responsible for product vision, goal setting, roadmap, building, and prioritizing the overall program backlog. This is to be done in very close collaboration with the Release Train Engineer (RTE), the Solutions Architect, the other Product Manager, and the Business Owners. On top of that, you will need to secure close alignment on priorities and dependencies across other Agile Release Trains within Development in Novo Nordisk.

About the department
The Digital Product and Project Office is part of the Submissions & Life Cycle Management (SubLCM) area in Novo Nordisk and works closely with stakeholders across the global organisation. We are a team of approximately 15 skilled project and product managers with backgrounds from different industries, and/or consultancies. Together, we are responsible for agile product management and cross-organisational projects in the SubLCM organisation of approximately 1200 employees as well as colleagues across the broader Novo Nordisk organisation including affiliates around the world.

- Identifying and shaping the strategic focus for Vault RIM and related digital products and product teams
- Assessing current state of digital products and finding ways to optimise them
- Aligning stakeholders to ensure an end-to-end thinking that optimises company value chain, correct inputs, and insights
- Building a culture within the team, characterized by curiosity, passion, openness, and psychological safety
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you need the following:
- Experience working with Regulatory Affairs or related in the pharma domain
- University degree within Science, Engineering and/or Business
- Strong understanding of digital product development and the linkage between discovery, testing, and development
- +1 year experience in Agile methodologies
- Proven creative informal leadership experience of driving changes in cross-functional, multi-cultural and cross-geographical environment
- Be fluent in English, both written and spoken
