Then you might be the Training Coordinator that we are looking for in Novo Nordisk, Device Manufacturing Development!

About the position

We are looking for an innovative and curious colleague with a strong can-do attitude. To fall naturally into this role, it takes someone who can focus on optimization and see opportunities rather than constraints. Among your main areas of responsibilities, you can expect to oversee:

  • Delivering professional support to line of business within training administration (e.g., training registration, various requests regarding training materials and in general support all the managers in DMD)
  • Identifying and implementing optimization and standardization opportunities in our training set-up and be the local expert in our training administration tool
  • Standardizing and bundling training content at the highest possible level in the organisation
  • Participating and actively contributing to the Training Governance Forum, to ensure that training content is correct and up to date.

You will do all this in close collaboration with managers, as well as training supporters in our department. It is important to underline that in this position, although you are anchored in the Business Support team, you will also act as Administrative Training Coordinator for DMD’s Quality Assurance department.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we envision you as someone who:

  • has a natural interest and understanding of the training administration process and can ensure training is made available for our end-users.
  • has experience with training administration.
  • has preferable a minimum of 3 years of experience within GMP and the pharmaceutical industry
  • knows the GMP requirements for the content control and training process
  • has flair for and natural interest for IT systems and can fluently communicate in English (oral and written)

We believe, however, that you will thrive doing this kind of work if you have great collaborative and communication skills. There will be variety in the tasks that you are assigned, so if you are the pragmatic type, with a curious mind and an ability to make independent decisions, then the role will fit you like a glove.

Finally, it will help if you are organised in your manner of working. Routine and recurring tasks do not scare you away – on the contrary, you embrace it because you see it as an opportunity to quickly become the go-to person in DMD for a specific set of duties.

About the department

Business Support is a growing department, within Device Manufacturing Development, consisting of highly skilled people in various domains. We are an innovative department who strive to meet complex needs in the Novo Nordisk. We are a lively and diverse team, with experts from various educational backgrounds. We are both men and women, some of us freshly graduated and others with many years of experience backing us up. At work, although ambitions are high, we try to keep a light and informal tone. You will be a fully-fledged member of the team from day one, and we will train and onboard you with great care. At the same time, you will have the chance to work closely with highly skilled colleagues in Quality Assurance and offer them your Administrative Training Coordinator support. This will solidify your network in Device Manufacturing Development, and you will come to understand what we do in this area of Novo Nordisk much faster!
