The position
As Senior Project Manager in New Product Introduction Project Office you will be leading a project team working on bringing development products into large scale manufacturing. You will work closely together with R&D and the manufacturing sites. You will also be a part of the project core team with an indirect referral to the Project Director. You will set the direction for you project team ensuring that deliverables and strategies are executed. You are responsible for creating transparent plans and communicating these to stakeholders.
As a project manager you are driven and ambitious, and you thrive in a high paced and dynamic environment where your actions make an impact. You have very strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and you have a good sense of diplomacy whilst still being assertive and able to ensure progress in a complex stakeholder landscape.
Furthermore, you are an excellent manager of complex projects and a strong communicator to all levels in the organisation, where you clearly communicate scenarios, impacts and recommendations to the decision makers.

About the department
In Injectable Finished Products (IFP) we produce a large portfolio of products fighting diabetes and obesity worldwide. New Product Introduction consists of about 60 employees divided between 5 teams situated in Bagsværd, Denmark. The main responsibility of the department is the transition of development products into large scale production and market approval. This includes production design, material and process sciences, product stability and coordination of production for late-phase clinical trials. The position is located in New Product Introduction Project Office, a group of senior project managers heading up development projects and life cycle management projects within our area.

- An academic background, probably within science, engineering, pharmacy or another similar relevant scientific field.
- A solid background within project management, this could be within development, production, or other relevant disciplines within the pharmaceutical industry.
- The necessary skills to thrive in a high-pace and dynamic workday, prioritizing and creating transparency for your project, ensuring you at all time keep the overview.
- Fluency in the English language, oral and written.
