The position
Do you have a solid understanding of digital solutions, citizen developers and compliance in a pharmaceutical company?
Do you want to take lead on ensuring that our IT procedures are fit for intended use in the digital era?
In the CIO Office in the Digital, Data & IT area, we are looking for a senior system manager or compliance specialist, who is ready to try new challenges as a process manager.
Working as a process manager in the CIO Office involves:
The ability to successfully interact with different stakeholders spanning from management, IT professionals to citizen developers and the likes is key. The job involves a high degree of complexity and many different activities going on simultaneously. This requires that you have the ability to structure and simplify complex matters, while at the same time having a high degree of flexibility, independence and drive in your personal profile.
Qualifications
You hold a Master in IT, Engineering or similar, or equivalent obtained via practical experience. You have strong experience within system management and/or compliance, and you have experience presenting for both inspectors and auditors. You are able to plan, prioritise, execute, and follow-up in a proactive and timely manner. You are a strong communicator, and you are fluent in spoken and written English.
About the department
The position is anchored in the department IT Process & Privacy, which consists of 8 dedicated and specialised employees focusing on compliance and regulatory requirements – both from a pharma industry perspective and from a privacy perspective.
This means that besides IT process management, the team is also responsible for overall training coordination, audit and inspection coordination, and the privacy agenda across DDIT.

Working as a process manager in the CIO Office involves:
- Being engaged with all aspects of the IT process across Novo Nordisk, and your specific role will have a key focus on the digital solutions across our organisation,
- Driving simplifications initiatives and projects across the entire organisation
- Presenting at inspections, where relevant topics within your focus is brought up, and contributing to continuously improving the inspection setup in DDIT
- Collaborating closely with key stakeholders in both department, CIO Office, DDIT, and Novo Nordisk as a whole
- Using your experience and skills to also help out in other parts of the department and area, when relevant.
