The position
You will report to the Head of the PS P&O team and be responsible for driving the people analytics related activities in the team. Through this you will help ensure ‘house in order’ and enable delivery of timely, transparent and high-quality analysis and reporting on P&O metrics.

The purposes of the team are to proactively identifying P&O challenges and opportunities to support the business with the strategic aspirations of the PSQIT and to drive building, implementation and execution of joint P&O solutions across areas in PSQIT. We do this in a strong collaboration with the HR Business Partner teams and PSQIT P&O leadership team.
Our team is new and you will be the fifth member of our team. As such you will have the opportunity to help shape how we become successful in delivering to our purpose and aspirations. The position
You will report to the Head of the PS P&O team and be responsible for driving the people analytics related activities in the team. Through this you will help ensure ‘house in order’ and enable delivery of timely, transparent and high-quality analysis and reporting on P&O metrics.
The role will consist of 3 main responsibilities:
- Build and ensure ongoing distribution and utilisation of P&O metrics in PSQIT
- Ensure ongoing reporting on P&O metrics to senior leadership
- Conduct ad hoc analysis of P&O data supporting decision making – related to projects or the overall organisational development of the PSQIT
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has:
- An MSc degree in relevant area and is fluent in English - both verbally and in writing
- Excellent analytical and data handling skills
- Solid interpersonal skills and motivation to interact with multiple stakeholders across the PSQIT organisation
- The ability to communicate complex information clearly (both verbally and in writing) and transform complex matters into a data supported storyline
