The position As Strategy Partner, your role involves providing analysis and recommendations for strategy development, facilitating decision-making, and project execution. This role also entails driving processes around the GCM Business Review meeting and strategy deployment processes to ensure a holistic approach to the best business solution across different areas. Some of your key tasks include:
  • Performing scenario analysis, creating business cases, and offering recommendations to support strategic decision-making in GCM
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across functions and organisational levels to review and define exploratory scenarios, assessing their impact on GCM and Novo Nordisk as a whole
  • Tackling diverse assignments and analyses, ranging from capacity expansions to the development of new organisational setups
  • Providing strategic advice and recommendations, introducing innovative ideas and outlining key business opportunities and challenges
  • Qualifications To succeed in this position, we imagine you:
  • Hold a master’s degree in a relevant field, complemented by practical experience in strategy, management consulting, finance, supply chain, or management support
  • Have at least four years of professional experience in the field of strategy, management consulting, or a similar function
  • Demonstrate a proven track record in driving strategic projects and providing counsel to Senior Leadership
  • Possess a well-developed toolbox for handling business cases and conducting strategic analyses
  • Showcase fluency in both spoken and written English
  • As a person, you are ambitious and structured with a passion for strategy development, approaching your work with a positive and proactive mindset to deliver high-quality results. About the department GCM plays a crucial role in Novo Nordisk by managing GCM in a sustainable manner.
