About the unit
You will work in a team of highly engaged experts within health and safety and drive improvements across NN globally. The job is located in Novo Nordisk Health and Safety (NN H&S) which is a global staff function located in HQ Bagsværd. NN H&S is Novo Nordisk's Centre of Excellence in the field of global health and safety with 27 dedicated colleagues within mental and physical well-being, safety, ergonomics, technical working environment and health promotion. Our role is to safeguard the employee health and well-being throughout the global organisation, enabling line of business to realise Novo Nordisk’s ambitions by providing easy-to-use guidance, tools and data.
The job
We offer a challenging position with a two-folded responsibility:
Firstly, you will lead implementation of projects that enables the organisation to improve the performance within mental well-being. In this role, you will work closely with our mental well-being expert and other key stakeholders within our organisation to conceptualise, plan, execute and anchor new initiatives.
You will drive smaller project teams and ensure project progress through professional project management, with an eye for relevant aspects of both change- and stakeholder management.
In addition, you will participate in projects requiring global vendor management skills and collaboration.
Secondly, you will support managers, HS reps, HR- and HS partners by providing guidance, tools and training on mental well-being. You will collect and interpret data and benchmarks, and facilitate in-depth stakeholder dialogues in order to match the different needs of the organisation with flexible and tailored solutions.
Furthermore, as part of the Global Health and Safety department you will provide ad hoc support to projects promoting the organisational culture of health and safety, e.g. NN’s annual Health and Safety Award
The job is located in Denmark. Most projects have a global scope and is executed in close collaboration with colleagues in other geographies, hence some travel activity can be expected.
Qualifications
You have a master’s degree in psychology - or a similar degree with a strong focus on psychosocial working environment and mental well-being - combined with at least 3 years of work experience within the field of mental well-being, preferable from the private sector. In addition, you have at least 3 years of experience working as a project manager. It is an advantage if you have experience from working in an international environment.
You understand the challenge of developing and implementing cross-organisational and cross-cultural initiatives which support the sustainable future of a global company, while at the same time supporting local management’s ability to keep the business running smoothly.
You have strong planning and communication skills and your experiences allow you to turn complex matters into simple solutions. As a person you are result-oriented and structured - and your commitment is catching. You have a high level of drive, initiative, empathy and persistence and work well in a dynamic environment.
It is also important that you approach tasks and colleagues with a positive attitude, energy and good humour.
English is our corporate language, and hence it is a prerequisite that you speak and write English fluently. You work comfortably in MS Office (experienced in PowerPoint).
