Do you want to join a team where we innovate and collaborate globally across APMM to design a new future?
We pioneer new ways of thinking and working to drive a safer and more resilient future, we need exceptional people for this unique adventure, are you ready?
The APMM Safety & Resilience Function is brand new and represents a more integrated, simplified approach to some of APMMs most important business activities.
Made up of four teams covering Occupational Health, Safety and Environment; Security, Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management; Safety & Resilience Strategy; and Safety and Resilience Risk and Insights.
The function has clearly defined purpose to:
• Protect our people, the environment and our business
• Eliminate fatalities and severe injuries

This role sits in the HSE Team and reports into the Head of HSE. You will be part of a wider Team, some of which are based at our head office in Copenhagen and some who are remote. Being based here will offer an incredible opportunity to gain exposure across the group. This role provides a fantastic balance of an autonomous role but with the support of a team who are on hand to help.
You will carry the responsibility of continuously improving Depot and Warehousing HSE performance and risk capacity. As well as contributing to the design and implementation of HSE capacity, behavioural and cultural improvement projects and initiatives through our Learning Hub concept.
You will need to be a highly capable and inspirational individual who can effect positive change. You will be the type of person who will relish this challenge and have the ability to prove, with demonstrable examples, how you have influenced senior leaders to improve HSE control capacity, culture, behaviour and performance through your actions in previous positions.

• Have strong written and verbal communications skills
• Have the ability to prioritize and oversee multiple projects and due dates
