You will play a vital role in our digital transformation journey through the implementation of our visibility product for our inland business worldwide. You will be part of the Global Onboarding and Business Change team and are key to implementing Visibility successfully, which includes onboarding of countries and carriers where you will orchestrate the needed activities to manage change that it will bring to all internal and external stakeholders.Key responsibilities:

Country kick-off and engagement

  • Internal & external stakeholder analysis
  • Coordinate and drive country readiness assessment (country onboarding maturity)
  • Be actively involved in the onboarding journey for countries and carriers

Implementation of visibility product

  • Coordinates all internal and external engagements and communications including kick-off events and workshops
  • Creation and ownership of communication material and guidelines

  • Own the internal and external capability building and adoption (including training; testing and support for go live)

Visibility Adoption & User feedback

  • Create an effective feedback loop between users and platform / functional product owners / engineers
  • Provide input to the backlog owned by Platform Product Owner

What we are looking for

As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:

  • Business Change Management experience
  • Advantages if you have inland functional processes and applications E2E knowledge
  • Ability to convert complex processes into tangible outcomes
  • Ability to collaborate well across different functions, cultures and organizational levels (internal and external)
  • Ability to drive multiple priorities at the same time
  • An analytical mindset
  • Self-starter and ownership mindset
