The opportunity

As a Senior Talent & Development Partner for our Head Quarters, you’ll advise, guide, facilitate and deploy a wide range of world class Talent & Development products and tools.

You’ll support the Senior Human Resource Business Partners within Ocean and Logistics in all matters related to the function of Talent and Development. Responsibilities of this role would include, but not limited to, capability gap analysis, talent brokerage within the HQ and globally, diversity equity and inclusion efforts, mapping and implementation of related initiatives.

These highly transformative and cutting edge products and tools include: the yearly HR Cycle, Learning & Development, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, Performance Management, and other similar programs which together support our mission of delivering a great employee experience.

What your impact will be

  • Great employee experience by deploying Talent products and connecting HQ / Global needs which drive our People Strategy. Ensuring that business strategy is supported and enabled by great employee experience.

  • Constant Care, towards our people and our business, acting as a sparring partner, advising on talent programs, finding solutions, and following on demands. Supporting HR Business Partners in talent management sessions within the Head Quarters Leadership Teams.

  • Continuous improvement, by strategizing and implementing of key talent initiatives in support of strategic ambitions. Facilitation & drive of strong succession plans in the areas and across the region according to our global Talent Philosophy.

  • Clarity & Agility by training and communicating material related to Talent & Development in an agile way supporting employees and business needs.


What we are looking for

As for the skill set and experience, we are looking for:

  • Vast and contemporary experience within Talent Management, Succession Planning, Learning, Performance Management, Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion, or any other related areas.

  • Passion, curiosity and application around talent and development

  • Senior Stakeholder Management, sparring and influencing skills

  • Teamwork and collaboration

  • Facilitation skills

  • Solution thinking and forward thinking, supported by strong analytical skills

  • Active listening with a customer experience mindset

  • Results driven

  • Fluency in English. Knowledge of any other language would be beneficial
