A very interesting opportunity where you will act as a Change Lead within the New Finance and Tax Platform.

Key Responsibility
- Manage and coach the Business Change team, creating a performance culture, promoting personal development, and ensuring the well-being of each colleague.
- Manage risks associated with the change management and training activities, escalating where appropriate.
- Supervise the timely execution of deliverables as per the activity plan, ensuring all milestones are realised.
- Ensure the transition of the Change, Communication, and Training activities to a sustainable model that supports the Deployment plan of the full solution.
- Work closely with the Senior stakeholders (e.g. GPLs, FPOs) to identify changes due to the S/4HANA implementation and prepare and execute appropriate measures with Training, communication and change management activities
