About the department
The GMA Executive Office is anchored in the Development organisation and is located in Søborg, Denmark.
The GMA Executive Office is supporting the SVP leadership team, which is responsible for delivering timely and impactful communication about Novo Nordisk’s research activities to our external stakeholders, and for ensuring external medical input to our colleagues across the organisation.
You will become part of a team of 8 dedicated individuals with the main aim of ensuring a close link between the strategic processes, from finance, performance management, and communication on behalf of and in close collaboration with the leadership team.
The Position
We are looking for a colleague in our team who will initiate the planning and execution of the GMA Communication activities. These span from written articles, to hosting live meetings and event planning. You will need to be up to date with what happens in the SVP area, as you will be responsible for keeping the GMA’s SharePoint page current and relevant.
You will also collaborate with senior colleagues to support the maintenance and broaden the use of GMA communication channels. Among other business challenges, you will get the opportunity to be sparring partner for colleagues across GMA on how to best communicate on an initiative and projects.
You will have the opportunity to shape the content of your job by being proactive, creative, hungry for more and keeping a finger on the pulse of the organisation and the communication profession.
The job will offer frequent senior management interaction and engagements across the organisation, allowing you to build a strong network, while further strengthening your communication and project management skills.

Qualifications
- You hold an education from a relevant field combined with 1-3 years of related experience
- You are structured and ambitious on behalf of the communication profession
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
- Any experience in any of the following will be an advantage
- Corporate communication activities and event management
- Project Management (international corporation or consultancy)
