As a Technical Analyst, you will be the primary responsible for the implementation and installation of our global integration product LionConnect, in various production sites. Further, you will together with another Business Analyst and a small team around you, be responsible for all end-to-end activities anchored around the LionConnect product.

The team waiting for you
The department, Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Agile Programme, anchored in Digital, Data & IT (DD&IT) Product Supply, is focused on implementing various systems supporting Novo Nordisk’ manufacturing processes. We set the strategic direction and ensure that processes across production lines are automated and optimised.
The team is primarily located in Bagsværd (Greater Copenhagen area), Denmark and work hand-in-hand with our Product Supply colleagues, meaning that you will get to work closely with the users and technologies that drive our global manufacturing processes to the next level. The team itself is very diverse both in terms of capabilities and background, with roles spanning from Product managers, product owners, SCRUM masters, architects to hands-on MES analysts.
Overall, you will join the rapidly evolving and growing DD&IT PS area, where over 800 employees are working across the globe to revolutionise IT across our production and supply chain domain in Novo Nordisk.

More specifically our next Technical Analyst will be responsible for the following for LionConnect:
- Installation and implementation (we have a very exciting roadmap ahead)
- Responsible for documentation support, validation and qualification
- Coordination of installations across sites
- Become the departments’ face outwards towards line of business colleagues
- Troubleshooting and configuration
Which competencies to bring?
To be successful in this role, we require the following:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, IT engineering or in a relevant field
- Knowledge of OPC-UA is a clear advantage
- Knowledge of LionConnect setup and use advantage or requirement
- Basic knowledge of PAS-X flow and PAS-X configuration is an advantage
- Knowledge about MSI and SOAP transactions a clear advantage
- Experience with system configuration (especially within LionConnect)
