Apply now! The position Novo Nordisk has recently intensified efforts to transform the existing SAP ECC ERP system to the S/4 HANA platform. As SAP PP-PI Business Analyst, you will be part of an agile team working with the development and deployment of SAP PP-PI across the world. You will collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Sites and our agile organisation in Supply Chain IT, where you engage in an agile release train called Produce & Deliver, including line of business, IT team members, as well as external vendors. The team you will be working with comprises of 10-12 highly skilled and passionate project members based primarily in Denmark and India. The team has an ambitious road map, and the coming years will ensure definition of global standards and implementation hereof in strategic locations across the world. You will contribute to the design and deployment of the future Novo standard SAP S/4 HANA template to support the required business processes. Additionally, you will be responsible to configure the SAP PP-PI module which interfaces to our OMP planning, SAP EWM- and MES systems. You will also be involved in dialogue with Product Supply colleagues across the supply chain, ensuring that the solution delivered is aligned with business requirements. To achieve this goal, you will be working closely together with a wide range of stakeholders both in IT and in line of business. A high level of quality must be ensured in your deliverables as the project must adhere to GxP requirements. Qualifications You are an advanced SAP ECC PP-PI or S/4 HANA PP functional with proven implementation track record. You have relevant experience and knowledge within SAP ECC Logistics modules and have a solid understanding of integration between the modules and systems. You possess strong analytical skills, seek best practice solutions with respect to a standard mindset. You can keep the overview of the high-level solution and processes, but you are able to perform analysis on a detailed level as well. You are fluent in both written and spoken English, and have experience in presenting information and recommendations to stakeholders across the business. You are experienced working in an Agile Organisation, and it is furthermore an advantage if you have experience with the pharmaceutical industry and GxP regulations. It’s an advantage if you have experience within one or more of the following areas: S/4 HANA, integration to SAP EWM, integration to MES, and Handling Unit Management in SAP. About the department
Manufacturing IT, within the Global IT Organisation, is a unit responsible for more than 40 global IT systems at Novo Nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from R&D to Sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support which is needed to support the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide.
