The position
As a Team Facilitator/Scrum Master, you will become responsible for facilitating, coaching, and supporting one or more of our delivery teams. You will work both independently and closely with the global work package owner, as well as the team members located at four different sites in Asia, Europe, and US.
This role is a match for someone who enjoys interacting with others and can lead team in an inclusive manner towards a common goal.

About the department
You will be joining AP Expansion, which stands for expansions of Aseptic Production (AP). The area is anchored in Product Supply, Quality & IT, which globally employ approx. 20,000 of Novo Nordisk’s 50,000 employees.
AP Expansion is a newly established and growing area with the responsibility to design, plan and built all new aseptic filling capacity across Novo Nordisk to serve needs of millions of patients. We do it by rethinking our aseptic production facilities with the use of modern technology, as we are setting the standards for the aseptic production of the future. Facilities designed today which we will still be proud of 20 years from now. AP Expansions has a clearly global approach, where you will be working with multiple sites and cultures across the world.

The position
As a Team Facilitator/Scrum Master, you will become responsible for facilitating, coaching, and supporting one or more of our delivery teams. - Provide collaborative leadership by applying Agile practices and to help team members embrace and practice the values and principles of Agile
- Drive coordination, facilitation, collaboration, communication, and reporting within teams in close collaboration with the work package owner
- Support coordination across teams
Qualifications
To be successful in this position, you need:
- Academic background within Social or Natural Science
- 3-4 years of relevant experience that could be as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, Team leader or similar
- Understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and techniques, but we will provide training in agile principle if relevant
- Previous experience within pharma industry would be an advantage, but not a requirement
- Fluency in both verbal and written English is a requirement as all communication is in English
