The position
As our new Project Manager, you have the unique opportunity to play a major role in starting up and driving projects to ensure productivity and prioritisation across BRD QC. The projects will be in close collaboration with the other departments in BRD QC and different stakeholders across BRD.
Your main tasks will be to ensure successful development, prioritisation, execution and benefit realisation of strategies and projects. It is expected that you together with your colleagues will drive the collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to identify business challenges and possible optimization solutions for closing this gap.

About the department
Our team is part of the BRD Quality Control area that is based in Gentofte, Hilleroed and Kalundborg. Here we are app. 270 colleagues who support the biotech production with a selection of chemical and microbiological analysis of product samples, crucial for always making sure the product is in high quality and ready for release to patients. We bring value to patients by delivering timely and reliable results that keeps production in control. We drive change by always looking for improvements and innovation within our processes - testing and implementing 4.0 technology to make the process even smoother and faster for the benefit of the patients.

The position
As our new Project Manager, you have the unique opportunity to play a major role in starting up and driving projects to ensure productivity and prioritisation across BRD QC. The projects will be in close collaboration with the other departments in BRD QC and different stakeholders across BRD.
Your main tasks will be to ensure successful development, prioritisation, execution and benefit realisation of strategies and projects. It is expected that you together with your colleagues will drive the collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to identify business challenges and possible optimization solutions for closing this gap.
Your tasks will include:
- Securing progress on our existing productivity and improvement projects
- Supporting the local planners with forecast and priority
- Facilitating projects in collaboration with our stakeholder departments MDev New Product Entry while anchoring it in our overall strategy
- Communicating progress and priorities to relevant stakeholders and ensuring stakeholder engagement
- Building up great stakeholder relations within BRD and across Novo Nordisk
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
- A relevant academic degree within life-science or similar.
- Experience in identifying business challenges, and possibilities for resolving such issues.
- Great communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management toolbox to enable structure for our portfolios.
- Strong LEAN toolbox combined with a natural passion for doing things smarter and better.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
