Then this might be the position for you! We are looking for a new Associate Manager for one of the three teams in the Project management office (PMO) in Injectable Finished Products (IFP) based in Hillerød. Read on to find out more!
The position
We welcome a leader with knowledge within project management in a production context. As our new Associate manager, you will be responsible for leading the Finished Production (FP) PMO team by leading and supporting the Project managers in planning and executing all project related tasks/processes such as scoping, scheduling, resource management, project risk management and cost controlling.
You will be responsible for an exciting FP project portfolio designed to meet a growing production site in terms of new equipment, IT systems and optimised production processes within assembly and pack of FlexPen®, FlexTouch® and Ozempic®/Wegovy®/ICODEC. As a natural part of the project portfolio, you will be in close dialogue with line of business as well as stakeholders on corporate level. Finally, you will engage in developing, maturing and strengthening our ability to support production by running projects efficiently. This includes our on-going Agile transformation journey.
We are in the process of introducing a range of new FP lines (both assembly and pack), where we foresee a lot of exciting projects supporting the ramp-up and introduction of new products. On top of that we are expanding the site within Finished production to launch the newest treatment in Diabetes and Obesity care. It’s an exciting time to come and join us!

About the department
The PMO FP team is placed in PMO, which is part of Production Support at our site IFP HI, a production site which is part of our global production division; Product Supply – counting close to 14.000 employees worldwide. Production Support consists of 85 highly qualified employees with a multitude of professional backgrounds with a common purpose to support our production and implementation of Novo Nordisk strategies within IFP HI. The site relies on a brand-new Aseptic Production as well as Assembly and Packaging lines, Material handling and Warehouses. Here we produce Diabetes and Obesity products 24/7, which are continuously distributed to patients worldwide.
The PMO department consists of three Associate managers each with a team of highly skilled Project managers or other project related employees including Project portfolio managers and Shutdown managers.

You will be one of the three Associate managers with the responsibility of the FP PMO team, which is a dynamic and ambitious team of 12 Project Managers with various backgrounds striving for excellence in executing projects.

Qualifications
To succeed in this position, we expect you to have:
- A bachelor’s degree or higher academic education within engineering, business, pharmaceutical or similar.
- At least 5 years of working experience including experience as Leader and/or extensive experience as Project Manager in a GMP environment. Project Management experience is also mandatory.
- Good communication skills with experience of working cross functionally and building relations with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Interest in project portfolio management.
- Fluent, spoken and written, in English. Danish will be considered highly beneficial but not a requirement.

- Project portfolio management incl. budgeting, reporting, and controlling
- Shutdown management
- Maintaining and developing the Project Execution model incl. standards, processes, and competences
