Our project portfolio is growing, and we are looking for a Project Manager to join us in Pilot Operations, Device Manufacturing Development (DMD). The Position
As Project Manager in Pilot Operations, you will be responsible for one or more projects or work packages. The projects can span from being directly related to logistics and facility expansion to being related to the launch and development phase of our delivery devices. Depending on the project, you will lead project teams of highly skilled engineers and specialists responsible for developing and optimizing systems and processes.
You will be engaging with a wide range of stakeholders within Novo Nordisk and external suppliers while also managing the right balance between both regulatory and internal requirements, and effective project execution and team management. Moreover, you will be the link between the work groups, steering groups, project owners, and process owners.
Furthermore, as a member of the team, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our everyday work as well as more tactical initiatives. It will be a key factor in your success that you are curious and get an in-depth understanding of our organization and processes to be able to see opportunities for optimization.

On a personal level, you have good communication skills and are proficient in stakeholder management. You set direction and drive performance while ensuring quality and progress by being pragmatic. Moreover, you prioritize knowledge sharing both within the team and in other fora.
Your approach to your work tasks is methodological and structured, but you can also demonstrate flexibility when priorities change while ensuring the short- and long-term motivation of your project team. Lastly, you have a natural curiosity for identifying new project opportunities and improving processes.
About the department
You will be part of DMD Pilot Operations, where we support device development from the early R&D development stages into production for clinical trials and eventually into stable production to market. You will join the projects and logistics team, where we follow our product delivery devices through its development, test and launch in our pilot plant before they move into high-volume production.
You will be part of a team where you will be trusted with a lot of responsibility from the beginning, backed up by the very competent colleagues you have by your side.

Qualifications

- Hold a master’s degree in business, economics, engineering or similar
- 2-5 years’ experience with project management, preferably in a regulated industry
- A broad experience using project tools and project reporting
- Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Great skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of lean and agile principles
It will be considered an advantage if you also have:
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- Understand and speak Danish
