With an exciting forecast within our area, we are in a need of talented data person, that can help us with building a mid- and long-term planning systems and capacity models across the area.

The position
This position offers a unique opportunity to work with cross-functional tasks within capacity, supply chain planning and digitalization. In your role, you will get exposure to and work across our organisation and with a broad stakeholder landscape.
Among your daily tasks you:
• will be responsible for driving and improving our mid- and long-term planning systems and capacity models across the area
• be the primary contact to other areas in relation to QC forecasting
• act as the area representative in cross-organisational planning
• give input to capacity projects
Furthermore, you will be a part of building the strategy within our digitalisation ambition together with identify projects activities.
Qualifications
When the strategy calls for change and new ways of working, you see it as a challenge and are ready to take on this responsibility. We are ambitious and constantly strive for excellence, so we expect you to take a proactive role in the continuous development of the area.
To succeed in this role, you:
- Have experience with data models and have a structured approach and an eye for data and IT systems
- Relevant education within business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or supply chain management
- Have experience with development of capacity models and forecasting
- Preferably have worked within a GMP regulated setting
- Are fluent in English

About the department
Oral Finished Product (OFP) is organizationally located in Product Supply, which globally employs approx. 14.000 of Novo Nordisk more than 43.000 employees. We are steadily growing and at present we are approximately 1100 committed colleagues in Måløv. We have great ambitions for the future, and we are working hard to get our new product successfully distributed to market. The OFP QC area consist of approx. 140 dedicated colleagues newly divided in 3 departments, Market Release, New Product Entry and Analytical technology and Innovation.
