Joining CSD as an Associate Manager

In this position, you may not have any experience with the pharmaceutical industry, but what you do know is how to create followership, motivate, and set direction.
Depending on which area within CSD you will join, your tasks will vary. We will seek to match your background, skills, experience, and passion to a relevant Associate Manager position.
As an Associate Manager for one of our teams in CSD, you will typically head up a team of diverse employees that could consist of highly skilled specialists, professionals, operators, skilled workers, admins, or project managers. Our Associate Manager positions have a broad impact and involve extensive stakeholder management at different levels within the organization to ensure the best support.
Qualifications
To succeed in this position, you:
• Have leadership experience.
• Hold an academic degree on a minimum bachelor’s level.
• Are fluent in both written and spoken English.
As a leader, you see it as your most important task to ensure well-being and engagement in your team. You are a strong communicator, and your leadership style is inclusive, empowering, and motivating.
To succeed as an Associate Manager, you have great interpersonal skills complimented by an interest in leadership and people management experience. You enjoy being part of a fast-changing environment while keeping a strategic overview ensuring collaboration across business functions.

About Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing & Devices (CSD)
Contract Manufacturing, Sourcing & Devices (CSD) is part of Novo Nordisk Product Supply. We cover processes within device development and manufacturing, needles, sourcing, contract, and local manufacturing. We provide support to the full supply chain and to all therapeutic areas. We collaborate closely with R&D, all of Product Supply and with external partners, suppliers and over 30 Contract Manufacturing Organization’s (CMOs) globally. At CSD we have over 3,200 colleagues across 4 different sites. We are a global unit with a highly specialized and diverse workforce connecting the global supply network and we manage the global inbound supply of packaging and raw materials to all Novo Nordisk production sites. CSD consists of 8 areas;
• Device Manufacturing Development (DMD)
• Device Manufacturing & Sourcing (DMS)
• Device Manufacturing & Sourcing II (DMS II)
• Global Contract Manufacturing (GCM)
• Local Manufacturing (LM)
• Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing (NMS)
• Sourcing Operations (SoOp)
• Strategic Sourcing (StSo)
Right now, we are looking for Associate Managers to join across the area and you could potentially be part of one of the above areas and the positions is either located in Hillerød or Bagsværd.
