Apply today and join us for a life-changing career! The Position As a Process Supporter, you will be responsible for many different tasks. One of the most important ones is to provide effective and comprehensive support to the operators in our production. We are a newly established department with just over a year under our belt, and we have not yet been approved for commercial production. Therefore, the tasks at the beginning will be largely about preparing and improving our processes. Everyone is ready to lend a helping hand if needed or if we are facing challenges in reaching a deadline. Work is carried out in high pace with well-being as our number one priority. Your main tasks will be to: • thoroughly familiarize yourself with a given process
• have close collaboration with operators and equipment responsible
• write and update procedures
• handle change requests and deviations Qualifications To be considered for this position, you should apply to the following: • as a minimum, hold a bachelor's degree within natural science or engineering
• possess the ability to create an overview of complex processes
• be able to phrase yourself correctly and precisely when preparing documentation
• write and speak both Danish and English fluently

About the department OFP is organizationally located in Product Supply (production), which globally employs approximately 17,000 of Novo Nordisk's more than 45,000 employees. OFP is steadily growing, and at present we are about 950 dedicated colleagues in Måløv. We have great ambitions for the future and are working hard to scale up our production capacity to meet the increasing demand for our products. Our main task is to ensure ramp-up, operation, and maintenance of our two production facilities. We succeed together and strive to be at the forefront of the development in technology, systems and processes.
The position as a Process Supporter is in the newest of the bulk production departments. Right now we are 55 employees divided into 3 teams.
