The position
The project portfolio in Local Manufacturing (LM) is growing. Site expansions of our LM facilities and new Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) partnerships are in the project pipeline. That means proper document flow would play a big role to support our CMOs and establishing Technical Documentation framework is high in our agenda.
Your primary tasks will be, but are not limited to: Planning, managing, and preparing diverse documents as a Technical Writer. Creating Change Requests, SOPs, Project Execution Plans, and Technology Transfer Plans. Handling document flow both internally and externally. Developing Project Manuals and guidance documents. Performing a variety of tasks related to documentation in a technical context.
You will be part of our Project Management Office (PMO) in LM. You will work together with the Senior Project Managers, Subject Matter Experts, QA, and Project Management Team to collect and document requirements for the project to communicatee it internally or externally. You also apply certain level of flexibility as some of your colleagues and CMOs are spread globally.
Qualifications
To qualify for the position, we expect you to hold a degree in science, technology, medical science, or communication and we welcome applications with minimum 3 years of relevant experience. Besides, you: Possess technical writing experience, preferably in a production environment within the pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrate excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex matters. Exhibit a strong technical understanding. Have fluent and proficient English writing skills; experience in specification and design is advantageous.
As a person, you: Possess a keen eye for detail and logical structure. Have the ability to adapt to changing circumstances, including variations in working hours, locations, or project requirements. Excel in working within complex situations involving multiple stakeholders. Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Exhibit a curious mind and a can-do spirit as personal qualities. About the Department
Local Manufacturing (LM) is part of Novo Nordisk’s Product Supply organisation and consists of ~800 employees. The primary role of LM is the establishment and operation of manufacturing sites in countries where local presence is required to obtain market access. LM is present in countries like Japan, South Africa, Russia, Belarus, India, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia and Algeria.
Your psychical location is expected to be our Danish office in Søborg, but it will also be an option to work from other locations in a virtual setting once needed.
At the PMO in LM, we strive to be at the forefront of Project Management and Project Portfolio Management. We work continuously with developing best practice, sharing our learnings across projects and support our project managers through close collaboration with professional project resources such as Planners, Controllers, and Assistants.
