Department overview LABS is a part Digital Data & IT Product Supply organisation which has employees based in Denmark, India, US, China, France and Brazil. The strategic objective of the unit is to be the IT partner for the business, ensuring that we provide the IT solutions and support to the Novo Nordisk production solution as well as supply chain needs worldwide. In LABS you will be part of a highly engaged department developing and improving IT systems which are core to the laboratory processes in Novo Nordisk. Though you will be working with a lot of colleagues from around the globe, the job location will be in Denmark.
What’s in it for you?
As a Senior IT Security Analyst, you will have in-depth knowledge in technologies for safeguarding organization’s digital assets and ensuring availability of data. In this role, you are to collaborate closely with our global IT security and system architect teams to design, implement, and manage security measures that protects against threats and vulnerabilities. We expect you to: Develop and implement a security strategy for the global systems in alignment with the Global IT Security department Build best practice around security and provide training and awareness to the department Drive security initiatives independently and know when to involve the right stakeholders Be engaged in the architectural design for new solutions on a security advisor capacity Develop and maintain comprehensive IT security policies, procedures, and standards Conduct regular security assessment and vulnerability scans to identify and mitigate risks Report application vulnerabilities to respective vendors and control the implementation of corresponding security patches. Monitor and respond to security incidents Implement and control application security testing solutions (SAST, DAST, SCA) This position requires you to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all projects and systems. You are willing to provide guidance on compliance and regulations, manage and drive security hardening tasks and facilitate the implementation.
Candidate profile BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields Preferably certified in Information Systems Security Professionals (CISSP) or equivalent certification +10 years in IT with several years of experience in IT security filed, with proven track record of implementation Strong knowledge and experience in systems/software validation, quality management, and GxP compliance in a regulated environment Strong knowledge of network security and protocols Experience with penetration testing tools As a person you have excellent problem solving skills, and the ability to make tough decision when things get difficult to handle. You are independent to take security initiatives and have good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively.
