The position Novo Nordisk has announced plans to invest more than DKK42 billion to expand existing manufacturing facilities in Kalundborg, to support the current and future company portfolio within serious chronic diseases.
As our new Project Controller, you will be responsible for managing financials within direct project execution. Your day-to-day areas of responsibilities will include:
• Maintaining, developing, monitoring, and executing cost controls in close collaboration with your stakeholders
• Managing costs related to schedule, project resources, progress reporting, and forecasting, all tied to risk management
• Building a broad network in Novo Nordisk with regular contact with many different stakeholders in the areas of the business to govern solutions within the projects
• Navigating in a dynamic working environment with stakeholders at all levels
Supplementing your business/finance/accounting knowledge with broad technical knowledge within pharmaceutical production, will help you in your daily work. Qualifications
We imagine that a successful candidate will have the following qualifications: • An academic degree in a relevant field such as engineering, supply chain management, business administration, or a similar discipline
• A solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, allowing you to effectively understand project activities
• Proficiency in data analysis and management, with a keen aptitude for extracting meaningful insights from complex data sets
• Fluency in English

Your robust problem-solving and decision-making skills empower you to effectively address challenges. You exhibit the special ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute as a valuable team player. Additionally, your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills make collaborating with vendors and stakeholders at all levels seamless, ensuring productive partnerships. About the department
You will join the growing Project Controls in API Investment Project Office (IPO). We support the largest construction projects across the Product Supply API organization. IPO consists of four separate teams, and we have the responsibility for cost, schedule, and risk. Our culture is open, engaged, curious and inclusive.
