Are you a highly motivated leader, driven by complex challenges and broad areas of responsibility? Do you have strong people management competencies? Then you may be our new Associate manager for our support team in PPI in Kalundborg. The Position As an Associate manager, you will lead our support team of academics. Moreover, you will play a key in developing your team and continuously improving performance. You will also have the responsibility for coordinating and prioritizing resources and tasks in the team to ensure fulfilment of our ambition to obtain more capacity, higher yields, and stable production. Your key responsibilities will be to: - Ensure production support and product release - Set objectives and targets to realize productivity, cost optimization, and continuous improvements - Lead the support team by developing competencies, coaching and training the employees to ensure the right composition of skills to address current and future needs. - Oversee and manage day-to-day operations and long-term planning of resources - Secure quality and compliance of product and process - Assist in further development of LEAN production and LSW. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you: - Preferably have leadership experience from other positions in Novo Nordisk, hold a master’s in engineering, biotechnology or equivalent - Have experience with the production and/or development of pharmaceutical products which is crucial - Have experience with LEAN and LSW - As a person, you have strong people manager skills, you set the direction and empower your people to fulfil the requirements. Moreover, you have an interest in systematic problem-solving and used to work with LSW. You are structured and proactive in your work and will never compromise on quality. As a leader, you see and match your employee's needs and ambitions. The department You will be part of a dynamic management team in a constant development which produce Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) for patients across the world. PPI management have 3 associate managers for the production, 2 associate managers for process support and the environmental support team and 3 staff functions.
