Apply today and join us as our new Associate Manager for our QA Support and Regulatory Affairs (RA) Team at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech in Køge. The position You play a key role in setting direction, motivating, and developing:
  • QA supporting Research & Development and Strategic Marketing on our new product pipeline and development of new products.
  • RA responsible for our RA strategi for new products and new markets and maintaining our regulatory files.
  • We are a fast-growing organisation with an ambitious strategy for new products and new markets which requires, that you are driven by complex challenges and a broad area of responsibility in a dynamic environment. You will be leading 10-12 experienced and highly qualified professionals and technicians . Together with the team you will be responsible for:
  • QA and RA requirements and key deliveries for development of new products and markets
  • CMO selection, implementation, and monitoring
  • Internal audits, CMO audits and supply audits
  • Fundamental Q-processes in our QMS (e.g., change handling)
  • Some tasks in the team are also classic QA tasks such as handling deviations, CAPAs and change control. You will be expected to act as a role model demonstrating a strong quality mindset and to support anchoring the quality culture in the growing organization. Organisational development of the team and development of the individual team members to be ready for new products and new markets is also an important part of your role. Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have:
  • Experience with people management of highly skilled employees preferably within a GMP regulated pharmaceutical industry
  • A Pharmacist, Chemical Engineer, Chemist, or other relevant university degree
  • A background from QA, QC, RA, or Production Support
  • An interest in developing your leadership skills
  • Danish and English fluency

You have a can-do attitude and focus on opportunities rather than limitations. About the department QA Support & RA Team is a part of the QA & RA department at Novo Nordisk Pharmatech. The department currently consists of 24 employees working diligently to support the entire value chain, from Research & Development to Production and finally Sales & Marketing. You will have a close collaboration with the other associate manager in the department, heading up our QA operational team.
