As our new ESG Data Manager you will play an important role in developing the ESG reporting processes, documentation and ESG data quality to meet internal and external audit requirements. You will become our internal ESG reporting responsible and acting as the day-to-day point of contact regarding ESG reporting. Your work will be a combination of monthly EHS controlling and reporting, where you will play a key role in the ongoing development of the EHS data set and the reporting procedures as well as the reporting manual. You will have the following responsibilities:
• Managing the preparation and execution of the annual ESG reporting, including text production, data collection, etc. in accordance with the new legal requirements in CSRD, ESRS and the EU taxonomy
• Implementing and further developing/updating the overall ESG strategy in close collaboration with our Sustainability Strategy Manager
• Managing the improvement of data collection across our departments and sites
• Training our functions in the latest developments within the ESG areas
• Working on shopfloor, having daily dialogues with various stakeholders to establish professional relationships fast and effectively
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have: • Master’s degree in the relevant field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience with sustainability work, ideally from pharmaceutical environment
• Interest in ESG data governance and reporting
• Flare for planning and creating structure and systems
• Full working proficiency in both Danish and English
As a person, you can work closely together with a broad stakeholder scope due to the diverse nature of the ESG data, e.g., employees in IT, Digitalization, People & Organization, Supply Chain as well as Finance. You have high personal drive and a positive attitude, are good at communicating and training, as well as communicating complex subjects in a simple way. You have a qualitative and analytical mindset with a proactive, structured, and systematic approach to your tasks.
About the department
You will report to the senior manager and be a part of the Environment, Health & Safety department at NNPR with two teams. We are all together 18 highly engaged, experienced, and qualified seasoned professionals, technicians, administrative and student assistants who work diligently to support the entire value chain. Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S is a 100% owned subsidiary of Novo Nordisk located in Køge. We are more than 400 people covering the entire value chain from R&D and Business Development to Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales.
