We're looking for a talented and motivated Student Assistant to join us at our headquarters in Søborg. As our Student Assistant, you will work on various tasks that will challenge and develop your skills. In addition, you will use your statistical and modeling background, as well as your programming experience in R, VBA, and Python.
Your responsibilities are included, but not limited to: Preparing data files for modeling tasks
Developing and managing R programming projects and version control using Azure DevOps and Git
Digitizing information from scientific papers and regulatory documents
Reviewing and quality control presentations, reports, and articles

You are a Student who is currently studying Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with no further than 2 years (4th semester) into your study (so we can collaborate for some years since training will take some time). Your education could be within Mathematics, Statistics, Computer science, Engineering, Physics, Pharmacy or related fields. We are still open for any degree if you think you can support our programming tasks.
To succeed in this role, fluency in English and excellent computer skills in MS Office are a must. The job is quite flexible; however, we would like you to spend up to 8 hours a week with us (Preferably one day a week).
We're looking for someone who is well-structured, self-motivated, and eager to apply their skills outside the classroom. You have a high level of responsibility, flexibility, independence, and initiative, and a good sense of humor. About the department The Pharmacometrics department at Novo Nordisk plays a crucial role in developing and optimizing our pharmaceutical products. As our new Student Assistant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the advancement of our research and development efforts.
We offer you a challenging and rewarding role where you will be part of a multidisciplinary team that handles project questions relating to model-based analysis.We are approximately 30 scientists with different data science backgrounds. Our applied models range from linear models to compartment models to model-based meta-analyses.
