The Position In this position you will be a part of IFP AMPP (Asset Management & Platform Performance) and IFP BD&S (Business Development & Support). You will play an important role as a business partner and an adviser on Health and Safety requirements and standards to line management primarily on CVP, Department Managers and Team Leader level in both departments. The above includes but is not limited to:
  • Coordination in accordance with NN WAY, ISO45001, Novo Nordisk HS strategy, PS and IFP response to NN HS Strategy which involves the implementation of rules and requirements including legal requirements, strategies, best practices etc.
  • Actively running processes that improve our departments’ performance with the above.
  • Drive and support the HS organization in both departments.
  • Stakeholder management.
  • Act as HS Change Supporter when it is required, ensuring that minimum HS requirements are being considered, and involving HS relevant areas.
  • In this role you will have a great opportunity to make your influence matter across the organization. Qualifications To qualify for this role, you should have:
  • An academic degree within Health and Safety or other relevant filed, combined with continued supplementary training in relevant areas.
  • Knowledge and professional experience in applying HS concepts in accordance with GMP and understanding of the HS Process.
  • Knowledge of processes within the pharma industry and documented ability to drive and support complex processes proactively. (Understanding of the Quality System in Novo Nordisk is a plus)
  • Solid analytical skills and practical experience in analysing complex business issues.
  • Solid understanding of ISO45001.
  • Fluent in English in speaking and writing.

About the area We are a newly established organizational unit, IFP Asset Management & Platform Performance (AMPP). With almost 100 colleagues, we play a key role in accelerating a major transformation to improve performance across a global network of factories in Asia, Europe as well as North and South America to meet the need of the increasing number of people living with diabetes and obesity. IFP AMPP is an organizational unit in Injectable Finished Products (IFP), which is the largest production area in Novo Nordisk.
