AskHR Denmark is working focused every day to operate, optimize and develop our HR services to more than 25.000 Novo Nordisk colleagues in Denmark. Our main goal is to support the continuous growth of Novo Nordisk through fast and accurate HR services to all our colleagues in Denmark.
You will be a part of a newly established team of 10-12 engaged employees working with optimization, implementation and general improvement of processes within HR services. You will be a key player in our development and achieving our 2027 strategy in AskHR. The position
This position is a unique opportunity oversee and direct all aspects of project execution within our AskHR and GPOS departments. This includes coordinating tasks, managing team members, and ensuring that all project activities align with the project's objectives and timelines.
You will be responsible for various tasks, including: Direct project execution for projects within AskHR and GPOS Creating and developing the Project Plan Together with AskHR and GPOS management, negotiate resources internally and externally, and manage these resources throughout the project Establish the appropriate project governance together with the project owner(s) Report project performance to all relevant stakeholders Close and evaluate the project Ensure key data is saved and learnings shared with relevant parties Frequent interaction and engagement with stakeholders across the organisation as well as with external partners, will allow you to build a strong network while driving project management activities.
Qualifications
As our ideal candidate, you have a minimum 3-5 years’ experience and a proven track record preferably within the Pharma Industry or Development. You would be proficient in project planning and execution, with a proven ability to manage complex projects, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Additionally, we expect you to have: Master's or bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or equivalent qualifications Experience in Project Management, with a proven track record of delivering results and leading projects Experience with Internal Project Management is a must, while experience in HR operations would be preferred Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex project details in understandable terms to non-technical stakeholders Experience in project governance, including the development and implementation of project standards, policies, and procedures, and ensuring project quality and delivery on time Experience in risk management and problem-solving, including identifying potential risks, creating contingency plans, and troubleshooting issues We expect you to be fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in Danish would be considered an advantage. Working at Novo Nordisk
