As our Product Manager of Immersive Technologies, you will have a key role in our Immersive Technologies area, responsible for driving the implementation of a 3D BIM Platform for Digital Twins across Novo Nordisk. Our overall aim is to digitalise and improve the efficiency of all manufacturing-related processes globally. Key responsibilities:
• Translate the strategy into operational goals while delivering Objectives for each sprint periodand proactively manage program risks
•Manage a complex web of internal- and external stakeholders such as suppliers, vendors, collaborators, and locally placed Product Owners (PO) from our customers in the line of business
•Host regular meetings with local POs to showcase product development and seek input, which you subsequently translate into product strategy
• Align with our Solution Architect to ensure product delivery guidelines and clear feature prioritization according to the Product Roadmap
•Ensure that the scope of the Digital Twin 3D-BIM Platform is aligned and keeps evolving to match the Novo Nordisk Digital Twin strategy and target architecture
Qualifications
On a strategic level, you have a proven track record of setting direction and are well-versed in communicating a compelling purpose of product vision with passion and urgency on all levels of the organization and can translate strategy into ambitious goals with clear priorities. The ideal candidate for this position should meet most of the following requirements:
•Master’s or bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of demonstrated experience working in a similar position within BIM Platforms, Immersive Technologies, Digital Twin or other Modern Technology/Digitalisation product areas
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, you will effortlessly navigate complex IT matters with non-IT colleagues through clear and concise written and spoken English
•Solid experience in implementing and deploying global IT systems As a person, you can use empathy and IT knowledge to transform complex technical challenges and demands into workable solutions. Hence, you are ready for setting directions for how to ensure standardization and harmonization on how we do this as well as being responsible for driving Product Owner synchronization events and archive. This position requires strong commitment and the ability to make decisions, often in a fast-paced, consensus-driven and political environment.

You will join our Immersive Technologies Department, which is part of our Digital, Data & IT area in Novo Nordisk. The team is responsible for implementing, developing, supporting, and maintaining Immersive Technologies across our production sites globally in Novo Nordisk.
