In this exciting opportunity you will be a part of the UX, Design & Consulting team primarily based in Ballerup, Denmark. The position is in a recently established team, so you will have great influence on your job, our workflow, and our team spirit. Key responsibilities
•Lead the business benefit realization in Product Supply within New Tech by driving clarification of business needs and clarification of associated solutions
•Identify new potential use cases and drive the analysis and implementation of New Tech solutions in Product Supply and drive realisation of these
•Take ownership of enhancing and communicating the business benefits of New Tech, driving innovation in use cases for Product Supply and creating value
•Evaluate, challenge, and validate digitalization ideas from business owners and key stakeholders at Novo Nordisk, while consistently building and maintaining relationships with relevant parties
•Support key decisions makers (e.g., Product Owners, Product Managers Department Managers) in strategic decisions related to the domain
•Act as a conceptual translator among stakeholders with varying competencies, such as UX experts, management, SMEs, QAs, line of business, and others You will play an active role in ensuring the digitalisation of Product Supply, Quality, and IT in Novo Nordisk (PSQIT). Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in most of the following skills and competencies: •Hold an MSc in Engineering, Digitalization, or a related field of study
•Possess over 5 years of IT experience with a strong focus on manufacturing
•Demonstrate expertise in facilitating processes and workshops in a multidisciplinary setting, both online and offline
•Bring 5+ years of experience from global organizations, preferably participating in the execution of global projects
•Showcase proficiency in business and IT problem analysis, combining IT, data, and processes, and can present ideas convincingly to various audiences, including specialists and senior managers. Additionally, experience in the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous You are a team player who works closely together with other disciplines, such as developers, management, products owners/manager and UX Researchers and designers. You will join the UX, Design and Consulting team in the New Tech department based in Ballerup, Denmark. We are a team of UX researchers, UX/UI designers, and Digital Business Consultants exploring use cases for digital solutions. We collaborate and co-create with colleagues possessing expert knowledge in Novo Nordisk’s manufacturing and IT processes. We are working across SVP areas and support the entire global network of manufacturing sites in product supply. The area is divided into three departments with the main capabilities of: Data science, UX, Design & Consulting, and Immersive Technologies. Moreover, the department heads up efforts in establishing tracks and exploring use cases for novel technologies, such as digital twins or generative AI. The UX, Design and Consulting team is responsible for designing innovative and value adding digital solutions used by people working within Product Supply at Novo Nordisk.
