Master data maintainer – temporary position for 1 year

About the department
Labelling Support and Master Data is part of Labelling Operations in Global Regulatory Affairs, a fast-changing area with increasing external requirements and many stakeholders across Novo Nordisk and outside the company.
Labelling Operations is responsible for development, maintenance and coordination of the printed packaging materials as well as the creating master data in our ERP systems for all Novo Nordisk A/S products and devices. A complex process with multiple stakeholders across HQ, affiliates, local health authorities and external vendors.
By joining Labelling Support and Master Data you will become part of an experienced team that is embarking on a new journey towards simplification and digitalisation of all our processes while we also support the increasing requirements from our stakeholders in the affiliates and the production.
The job
As a professional in Labelling Support and Master Data you will be working with our colleagues in HQ (Denmark and India) to ensure the printed packaging material is created/updated correct and on time. You will be responsible for creating relevant master data in our systems to support the launches of new products or the updates of our existing portfolio. Also you will be supporting our various stakeholders in the production to make sure products are created in the systems at a timely manner, and when they have data related inquiries.
You will also be expected to participate in various tasks to ensure high productivity and good compliance, to ensure that we are ready for the digitalisation of our data flow.
Qualifications
You hold a degree in for example engineering, business or alternatively have a relevant background from working with creation of master data. Experience with ERP systems, lean and GxP is an advantage, but not a requirement – so newly graduates are welcome to apply.
As a person you are a very quick learner, efficient and with a strong drive and eagerness for improving processes. You are very independent as you will be required to make decisions every day. You are a dedicated team player who inspires trust and enthusiasm amongst your colleagues and stakeholders with your positive attitude towards new challenges and your eye for quality and continuous improvement.
