The position
As a medical learning manager, you will lead important education initiatives in close collaboration with our project owners within GMA and partners in the regions and affiliates. You will contribute significantly to driving change for patients living with chronic diseases as a proactive partner across the medical affairs organization. You will have the opportunity to set direction and provide sparring to the team of directors and medical managers in the department, and you will take an active role in defining business needs and executing key strategic learning programmes.
This involves proactive planning in close collaboration with partners across the medical affairs organisation and in adjacent areas. It requires an agile approach, a high degree of communication to the organisation, continuous knowledge sharing, and an ability to juggle many things at the same time. You will facilitate the process of defining key competencies needed for current and future medical experts and co-design highly engaging learning journeys. This will include driving cross-portfolio projects to inspire, share, mature, and implement new approaches to learning and to internal processes.

Qualifications
- You hold a business or academic master’s degree and substantial understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
- You have experience (5+ years) with project management from larger organizations
- You work independently
- You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, full proficiency in English
- You are a change management agent, well-structured and a dedicated team-player with a high integrity and a proactive mind-set
- Experience working with adult learning is a plus, but not a must.
