Our department
As Novo Nordisk Launch site, we are responsible for the assembly of Medical Devices for injection of medicine used for treatment of Diabetes and Obesity. Our tasks are to handle high complex assignments – e.g., production improvements, implementation of new devices, investigate and implement new technologies and machines for high volume production, and ensure compliance and the validated state.
Your Position
In this exciting position you will be part of IFP Site Hillerød Assembly Back Office.
Your main task will be to drive or participate in a various number of projects related to process optimisation, implementation of new technology/products and take responsibility for the validation actions attached to the projects.
You will be part of a highly engaged team in Assembly and play an active role in ensuring the validated state of our production equipment.
Qualifications
On a personal level you’ll be open minded building relations on trust. You’ll also be the type of person who is curious and driven to achieve first class results – as a Site we have the desire to move to the next level.

Qualifications
- Technical education as engineer or similar.
- Experience with Validation tasks from previous position.
- Hands on experience within validation of automated production equipment.
- Genuine interest and understanding for automated production.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge within robotics, PLC and automation is seen as an advantage.
