The position We offer a developing job that will provide you with an inside perspective of how Novo Nordisk works with finance. As our new Finance Partner, you will:
  • Run the financial planning process, provide reporting to senior management, and create financial insights for decision-making
  • Act as the “CFO” of the area, partnering proactively with key stakeholders and provide recommendations to senior management within both line of business and finance
  • Participate in departmental and cross functional projects
  • Contribute to a high performing team
  • Qualifications As our ideal candidate, you hold a master’s degree in economics, finance or similar with good academic track record and grades and in addition to that you have:
  • 2-3 years relevant work experience
  • Preferably experience within business partnering, financial management and project management
  • Good understanding within the field of accounting and finance
  • On a personal level, you have a global mindset and the ability to communicate complex issues in easy-to-understand manner (orally and in writing). Your colleagues describe you as a team player with strong stakeholder management skills and good intercultural understanding. You are known from your excellent analytical skills and technical understanding, alongside with solid presentation skills and ability to present complex financial matters in a simple way. About the department Commercial Strategy & Corporate Affairs (CSCA) Finance is part of Novo Nordisk Business Finance.
