The position In the role as H&S Partner and Project Manager, your primary objective is to inspire, enable, and engage with the Health and Safety (H&S) organisations within your assigned EVP areas. You will support the business areas in to succeed with their H&S plans in alignment with the overarching H&S strategy covering; mental and physical well-being, novohealth and safety. The role entails close collaboration with two other partners, and Health and Safety experts in the Centre of Excellence. Serving as a crucial link and trusted advisor, you will facilitate seamless communication and be the eyes and ears in the global organisation, ensuring strategic alignment with business priorities. In this role, we expect you to: Act as a project manager for coordination and timely execution of the Product Supply, Quality & IT (PSQIT) health and well-being priorities in close collaboration with H&S Partner for PSQIT Execute and escalate awareness on actions or challenges as per request from EVP areas Support the implementation of initiatives within the H&S strategy and the selected focus areas of Safety, Physical well-being, Mental well-being, and employee health promotion Provide sparring on consultancy approaches and H&S tasks with Novo Nordisk H&S colleagues Collaborate with specialist anchor persons in H&S to ensure alignment with the strategic focus areas of the H&S strategy Coordinate strategic approach in close collaboration with the H&S management team The role has a global approach, cross-organisational coordination, senior management deliverables, and clear reference to Novo Nordisk H&S management. Qualifications To succeed in this position, you have: Proven expertise in change management, demonstrated through the ability to serve as a trusted advisor/partner, as well as in the role of a Project Manager Strong understanding of stakeholder landscapes, value chains and governance models 2-5 years of professional experience as HR partner or HS partner/coordinator in a large global organization As an individual, you embody a strategic mindset and diplomatic skills, demonstrating a willingness to explore new disciplines with a proactive and adaptable approach. You are curios and enthusiastic about embracing novel challenges, and to learn more about how to drive business impact by progressing the agenda on safety, health and well-being. About the department You will work in a team of highly engaged experts within health and safety to drive improvements across Novo Nordisk globally. The job is in the Novo Nordisk Health team, one of three units in the global Novo Nordisk Health and Safety department in the P&O Business Partnering SVP area. The department is Novo Nordisk's Centre of Excellence in the field of global health, well-being and safety with around 50 dedicated colleagues within mental and physical well-being, safety, ergonomics, technical working environment and health promotion.
