As Lean and Project Coordinator you will play a central role in our team, which is mainly dedicated Equipment Responsible with a variety of different tasks within Clean Utilities (compliance critical) and Black Utilities (non-compliance critical). In between assuring our equipment is fit for purpose and in compliance, we focus on improving our equipment and our processes, which requires skills within project management and LEAN. You will therefore be expected to use your skills to support our equipment responsible and the team in general with small improvement projects, analysis, systematic problem solving and developing measuring and improvement tools (KPI’s, boards, digitalization of our measurements etc). This role is newly defined, and you will there participate in fine tuning the content of the position.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you:
• Have an academic degree in a relevant subject (i.e. Production Engineer)
• Have some years of LEAN experience
• Have a proven track record of successfully optimizing processes
• Are fluent in English, while Danish proficiency will be seen as a plus It will also be seen as an advantage if you have experience in Good Manufacturing Practice and/or the pharmaceutical industry. On a personal level, you are motivated by working people, and bringing them together in order to reach a goal or solve a problem. This requires a close collaboration between you and the whole team, as you in many cases will be our go-to person; for this reason, good stakeholder management is also key. About the department
You will be part of the Production Support department, consisting of approximately 80 dedicated people split into four teams. We are all responsible for the technical support to our pilot plant and launch facility in Måløv. Our tasks are to ensure that facilities and supply utility equipment are maintained and operate in a validated state.
You will be in a team, where there is a great atmosphere and team spirit. We are a group of people with various backgrounds, but we all have in common that we want to support and help each other, have a good time, and serve our patients.
